Once I have
isolated the specific joint movements which
"feel" restricted, I then adjust into the
direction of restriction.
The ideal amount of force used
is just enough to create mobility and no more.
This
improves joint mobility, muscle function and the functions
of the nerves which exit between each vertebra.
These
nerves including muscles and organs. when the spine is
not functioning properly it can affect these nerves and
thus, affect your general health.
